1 - BRIDGING LOAN
An advance given to a property project developer to 'bridge' his working capital needs and ensure smooth continuation of the project until he has sold the units and received payments from the purchasers.
2 - END FINANCING
An arrangement with a project developer to provide loans to property purchasers to help them finance the purchase price of the property. Proceeds (up to 90% of the purchase price) from the end financing will be used to settle the bridging loan.
3 - SYNDICATED LOAN
A single loan jointly financed by a consortium of financial institutions to provide financing for large projects.
4 - BANKER'S GUARANTEE
An undertaking by the bank to guarantee payment of a debt or performance obligation by the applicant. This allows you to undertake projects with minimal capital outlay.

- Kelayakan & Syarat Terpakai untuk syarikat yang merupakan kontraktor, pembekal atau vendor yang terlibat dalam industri pembinaan, perdagangan dan perkhidmatan.
- Pengeluaran atau pengeluaran akan dikeluarkan sebaik sahaja kami menerima invois atau sijil progresif kerja arkitek selesai.
- Bayaran anda mesti disalurkan terus kepada kami sebagai bayaran balik Kemudahan itu bukan secara pusingan
- Syarikat Pemilikan Warganegara Malaysia diterajui oleh Pengarah berumur 25 - 50 tahun yang berpengalaman.
- Beroperasi lebih 3 tahun,
- Syarikat, Kontraktor berdaftar dengan MOF, CIDB, Kementerian, Agensi Kerajaan, Negeri, Badan Berkanun dan GLC yang terpilih
- Laporan Audit Syarikat 3 tahun yang baik.
- Memiliki rekod laporan cukai LHDN yang baik.
- Laporan CCRIS, CTOS Pengarah Syarikat yang bersih dan baik.
- Projek & Kontrak yang telah dijamin dan berpotensi untuk jalankan dengan jayanya.
